Appointment Policy
All appointments require a deposit, including walk-ins and we ask for a reasonable booking fee that ranges depending on the scope/size of your tattoo.
Booking Fee Policy
We require a booking fee to schedule an appointment. The process of booking an appointment is often a multi-step process that requires both administrative and operational costs realized prior to your tattoo services. We understand that life happens and as such, we ask for a reasonable booking fee that ranges from $100-$250 depending on the scope/size of your tattoo. This fee is applied toward your tattoo services performed at Canvas Tattoo. The fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
We do appreciate notification if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. This allows us the opportunity to attempt to fill the open spot and helps to ensure a living income for our working artists. For missed appointments we cannot rebook, 100% of your booking fee is paid to the artist to offset a small portion of the income they were scheduled to earn. If you cancel or no-show two times in a row (regardless if you have given a notice each time), all of your future appointments will be erased from the schedule and offered to other clients without any notice.
Payment Policy
Our shop is cash only with the exception of booking fees. Booking fees may be paid with cash or card (cash preferred), but the remaining balance of your tattoo services and any tip you wish to leave for your artist must be paid with cash on the day of your appointment.
Late Policy
If you are more than 30 minutes late without calling ahead of time, you will be considered a no-call no-show and will lose your appointment and your booking fee.
Design Policy
The design is considered property of the artist. If you are unhappy with the design, we will work with you to make the needed changes to your satisfaction. We will not do any design approval via text message or email. You will be able to approve your design the day of your 1st appointment. If you take a design to another studio without paying your artist for the design, this is considered property theft.
Age Policy
You must be at least 18 years of age to enter our studio.
NO EXCEPTIONS. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE BUSINESS TO ANYONE. IT IS IMPERATIVE TO UNDERSTAND AND AGREE WITH OUR POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING WITH US. FAILURE TO ADHERE TO OUR POLICES WILL RESULT IN FORFEIT OF YOUR ENTIRE BOOKING FEE.
